These white plug-in relays are used in many Wurlitzer applications beginning with some remote control equipment for mid 1960's models such as the 2700. Later models usually have several of these white relays in them somewhere. The Wurlitzer part number is 122133. Rock-ola used this same type of relay as their part # 43561. This listing is for two relays guaranteed to work. I have not tested any of them, but as an added bonus I am sending a third relay with each order so that the chances of two working is better. I have sold many of these in the past and so far no one has said they got a bad relay. Most of the relays I have are made by Comar, but I do have a few P&B (Potter Brumfield) and show one in these photos. I will most likely be sending three Comar unless asked to do different. This is a 4 pole double throw relay that is 24 volts D.C. 4PDT indicates a four pole double throw relay (with 14 terminals) having four normally open and four normally closed contacts.
