It is the duty of the tyre fitter to ensure that the tyre/s is free from any leaks when fitting the tyre/s (unless it is from a repair that we have carried out) as you maybe aware that once them tyres hit the road there is not a single person that can guarantee you won't hit a pot hole or go over a nail etc this is the reason I can not accept the return once they have been fitted and driven on.
